To use our disposable diaper liners, simply place them on the diaper before you put it on baby. All liners work best for babies that have more solid "#2 business" - breast fed baby stools will be mostly liquid which will pass right through the liner.

After use when the liner becomes soiled, simply shake the poop out into the toilet. You can either choose to flush the liner at this point or toss it into your diaper pail and wash along with your diapers to use again. Our liners will stand up to being washed at least 3 or 4 times before you can flush them away.
