Placing an order with Little Pea Pods is simple:
1. First, take a few moments to set up an account on the site by clicking the orange "Register" button in the Login box in the upper right hand corner. We want to assure you that your information is never sold, swapped, or given to ANY third party...ever. Above all, we value your privacy and trust and do everything we can to make sure that your information remains safe and secure. If you prefer not to receive our emails with valuable coupons and store information, we respect that too and all you have to do is select the option to opt out of our mailings.
Then, while your logged in and browsing our store you simply select the product you like by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Adding the product to the Cart means that Little Pea Pods will remember the information about that particular item and it will be in your shopping basket later when you are ready to check out. (You can always remove an item or add quantity from your basket later.)
2. Don't want to register an account on the site? No problem! Registration is not required but does make tracking the status of your orders easier for you in the long run. Simply choose your items, add them to your shopping cart and proceed as in step one. None of your personal or payment informatioin will be saved and you will need to re-enter it the next time you shop. Also Customer Rewards Points will not be logged for use on future purchases.
3. Not done shopping? Just click on the "Continue Shopping" button. Each time you add a product, you will be shown all the items in your basket. Once you have selected all your items, you can proceed to check-out by clicking 'View My Cart'.
4. At the Little Pea Pods checkout, you will view your entire order so that you can verify that all the information is correct. If you see anything that's been entered incorrectly, please change it now. You will be asked to complete the billing and shipping information (you can choose between UPS and USPS Priority Mail). All information entered from this point forward is on a secure server and is encrypted for your safety and privacy. At this point, you can safely enter your credit card information through our secure server or use Paypal to pay for your purchases.
5. Submit your order by confirming the last page of check-out and Little Pea Pods will then email you an order confirmation number.

Ordering via fax, phone or mail:
Place products in your shopping cart online and continue through check out until prompted to enter in your payment method. At this point you will need to print out your order to mail or fax in to us. So that we may complete your order, you must write your credit card information on the printed sheet and fax or mail it to Little Pea Pods. We will call you directly to verify the order before we charge your card so please make sure that all of your contact information is correct or we will not be able to complete your transaction.

International Orders :
As of now, we do not accept any orders shipped to an International address but we are looking at our international shipping options.
Canada and Puerto Rico:
Most small items like bassinets and bedding can be shipped via UPS. Larger items such as cribs and heavier furniture are only shipped within the continental US states.
For large items (such as furniture and cribs), please take the time to inquire about our shipping methods and return policies. Please include your exact address and items of interest when contacting our customer service at CustomerService@LittlePeaPods.com.
All tax and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Payments can be made through Credit Cards issued in the US only, or PayPal.
Hawaii and Alaska:
Small items like Bassinets and bedding can be sent through U.S. Postal Service. All other items are delivered via UPS or FedEx Air direct from the manufacturer. We will notify you of the actual shipping charges via e-mail.
APO/FPO:
LittlePeaPods.com sincerely admires and respects the military effort. Our men and women in uniform create and keep the tranquility and peace which we value dearly. We have instituted the following shipping methods to our esteemed military bases.
Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Place your order online. We will contact you via e-mail with the appropriate shipping charges. Additionally, certain over-sized items, including furniture, cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses or international addresses and is available to the contiguous U.S. only.

You earn points towards saving money on future purchases by first registering for an account on our site and then making your purchases. Registering for an account on Little Pea Pods is easy. Simply fill out the Registration form under the "My Account" tab, which is located at the top right hand corner or simply register when you check out.
Your Privacy
We know that a lot of you have concerns about sharing your information with online companies and we understand your desire to keep your personal information private. However, our system will only track, assign, and apply points for users who are registered. Rest assured, however, that it is NOT our policy to sell, rent or distribute ANY customer information to any third party and we take your security very seriously.
Making Purchases
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Points earned on purchases are available for redemption after your purchase has shipped. Simply put, this means that the points you earn on this purchase can be used on your next order. When you check out, your point earnings and dollar savings that are currently available for use will be displayed and you can opt to apply them for that particular order or save them for future purchases. Your points do not expire as long as you have an account on Little Pea Pods.
Additional Information You Need to Know
Your points are worth a savings of approximately 7% on the dollar. Points are awarded only after your order ships. You cannot purchase items, return them and still have earned points. The points you earned on items that are returned are deducted from your points total. There are no restrictions as to which items you can redeem your points on. You can use them whenever you want after they have been earned, for all items on our site. If you forget to apply your points to an order, they will still be there for you to apply to your next order. We cannot go back and apply them to a previously placed order. If you select the option to use your points and then change your mind after completing the check out process, we cannot go back and change your point balance or order total. Points are not transferrable to other accounts and not redeemable for actual cash, they are only applicable to purchases made on the Little Pea Pods site.
Basically, our whole premise of offering the Customer Rewards Program is to Thank and Reward you for shopping at Little Pea Pods and to give you a reason to come back to us!
This program is void where prohibited by law. Little Pea Pods reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, without cause or notice. Abuse of this program may lead to account suspension or cancelled orders.

You can still use your credit card even if you prefer not to submit your credit card information via the Internet. Little Pea Pods Return Policy:
At Little Pea Pods, we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to you before, during and after your sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of your delivery date, you may return or exchange any returnable, unused item(s). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of the Customer Service Department. (Custom and Special Orders items please see below).
The returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure a refund or credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not assembled, not used, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for any item with any indications that it has been used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to, diapering items and any furniture items requiring assembly that have been assembled.
The actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items).

- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange, or refund
Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Damaged and Defective Items:
Little Pea Pods strives to ship your package in perfect condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving Little Pea Pods. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately.
Contact our customer service department within 5 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have all pertinent information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 5 business days of the delivery date. This applies to returning a damaged item as well. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. Please email Returns@LittlePeaPods.com with the following information:
- Your Order number
- Product number(s) and/or product name(s)
- Pictures of Damaged items (No refund will be issued without pictures or proof of damage)
- Are you returning for replacement, exchange, or refund
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping, including rejected shipments.
Custom Jewelry Orders:
All custom jewelry orders are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of the business of providing customized products. Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our designers. In the event of a shipping delay, Little Pea Pods will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times. All Custom made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, since Little Pea Pods designer's craft items to your specifications.
